Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically feasible. j1win may request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j1win account credentials. j1win will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify j1win immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
j1win provides deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools to all account holders. Use of these tools is voluntary but strongly encouraged. Players who have self-excluded may not circumvent the exclusion by creating a new account — doing so is a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. You must not share your account access with any third party. j1win will treat any action taken through your account as your own and will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
j1win may at any time require you to complete KYC verification by submitting one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is complete.
j1win currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). j1win does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
The minimum deposit amount via JazzCash or EasyPaisa is Rs 300. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers may vary and are stated on the deposit page within your j1win account. j1win reserves the right to revise minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
Withdrawal requests submitted to JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval, provided KYC verification is complete on the account. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 17:00 PKT, and by the next business day for requests submitted after that time. j1win reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where fraud investigation, AML screening, or outstanding KYC documentation is required.
As a default rule, j1win will return funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit. If this is not technically possible, j1win will contact the player to arrange an alternative method. j1win may request additional verification before processing withdrawals to a new payment method.
j1win does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All payments must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Any funds received from a third-party source will be returned to the sender and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
All bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, and promotional credits issued by j1win are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this general clause, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable in their credited form. They must be wagered the number of times specified in the individual promotion terms before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. j1win will clearly state the applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 25x) on each promotion page. Only wagers placed on eligible games or markets — as specified per promotion — count toward the wagering requirement.
j1win monitors bonus activity for patterns indicative of abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements; creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; coordinating wagering behaviour with other players; or exploiting technical errors to obtain unintended bonus credits. j1win reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse is identified.
Bonus funds and any associated free bets expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion terms, which is typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically and are not recoverable.
j1win reserves the right to exclude individual players from specific promotions at its discretion, including where the player's gameplay history suggests the promotion would not be commercially viable to extend. j1win will not be required to explain individual exclusion decisions beyond confirming that the Terms & Conditions have been applied.
j1win reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: the bet exceeds applicable stake limits; there are reasonable grounds to suspect the integrity of an event; the bet was placed after an event's outcome was known; or the odds displayed resulted from a technical error.
A bet may be voided — and the stake returned to the player — in circumstances including: event cancellation; abandonment of a sports event without a result being declared; technical errors in odds feed resulting in manifestly incorrect pricing; or confirmation that the relevant event did not take place as scheduled.
Individual casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, and fishing games — are governed by the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. Where a technical malfunction occurs during a game round, j1win's liability is limited to the return of the stake placed on the affected round. j1win is not liable for winnings arising from a malfunction.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all sports betting markets and casino games on j1win. These limits are displayed at the time of placing a bet or wager. j1win reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits where warranted by the player's betting history or risk profile.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorised use of j1win's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j1win's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
j1win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of anticipated winnings; loss of data; service interruptions; or losses arising from third-party payment processing errors.
j1win does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, and third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability. j1win will use reasonable endeavours to minimise such disruptions and to notify players in advance of scheduled downtime where practicable.
You may request the closure of your j1win account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC checks. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.
j1win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the specified period; inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months where a balance is held; or where continued operation of the account creates regulatory, reputational, or financial risk for j1win.
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. j1win will notify you by the contact details on file before applying any inactivity fee. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which j1win holds its international gaming licence.
